These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the dora88 platform. By registering an account or placing any wager on dora88, you agree to be bound by the provisions set out below. Please read this document carefully before using our services.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to open and maintain a dora88 account. One account per person; duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit is Rp 10.000; minimum withdrawal is Rp 100.000.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before funds become withdrawable. Bonus abuse, multi-accounting, and collusion result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
Identity and payment-method verification are required before your first withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid Indonesian KTP or SIM. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days may result in account restriction.
dora88 provides deposit limits, session time-outs, and self-exclusion tools. Players who exhibit problem-gambling behaviour may be subject to mandatory cooling-off periods at dora88's sole discretion.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to dora88's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration before escalation to formal legal proceedings.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and dora88 ("dora88", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the dora88 website at dora88.cam, registering an account, or placing a wager of any kind, you unconditionally accept all terms set out in this document. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of the platform.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless context requires otherwise:
2.1 You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to register and maintain an active dora88 Account. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. dora88 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
2.2 Access to and use of the Platform is strictly prohibited if you are located in a Prohibited Territory. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
2.3 dora88 does not permit any person who is employed by, or is a direct family member of a person employed by, dora88 or any of its associated companies, licensed game providers, or platform technology partners to hold an active betting Account.
2.4 Players who have voluntarily self-excluded from the Platform under dora88's Responsible Gaming procedures are not eligible to register a new Account during the exclusion period. Circumventing a self-exclusion by registering under false details is a material breach of these Terms.
Age Restriction: dora88 enforces strict 21+ age verification. Providing false age information during registration constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities.
3.1 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in all Accounts being permanently closed and all balances forfeited.
3.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, and a valid email address. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any details change.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. dora88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain credential security.
3.4 dora88 reserves the right to refuse Account registration, suspend an existing Account, or permanently close an Account at its sole discretion, including where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a violation of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur.
3.5 Accounts that have been inactive (no login and no wagering activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. dora88 may apply a monthly administrative fee of Rp 10.000 to dormant accounts after providing prior written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance after the dormancy period may be permanently closed.
All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited. dora88 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following verified channels:

4.2.1 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the dora88 Account holder.
4.2.2 All withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification as described in Clause 7. dora88 reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests pending KYC completion for a period not exceeding five (5) business days.
4.2.3 Withdrawal requests submitted between 08:00 and 22:00 WIB on business days are typically processed within 5–30 minutes to BCA and BRI accounts. Requests submitted outside these hours are queued and processed as soon as possible, generally within 2 hours of the next processing window opening.
4.2.4 dora88 does not cha rge fees on withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which dora88 accepts no responsibility.
4.2.5 dora88 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers internal risk or anti-money-laundering checks, regardless of whether full KYC has previously been completed.
All Account Balances, wagers, winnings, and bonus values are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). dora88 does not support multi-currency accounts. Any attempt to deposit in a foreign currency will be rejected at the payment gateway level.
5.1 dora88 offers a range of promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free-spin credits, and referral rewards. The specific terms — including eligible games, wagering requirements, minimum odds, and expiry dates — for each individual promotion are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms by reference.
5.2 Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply:
5.3 dora88 reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, including but not limited to: multi-accounting, use of automated software (bots), collusion between players, or deliberate exploitation of a system or promotional error.
5.4 Bonuses credited in error — including as a result of a technical fault, human error, or third-party system failure — do not confer any entitlement to the Player. dora88 may reclaim erroneously credited Bonus Funds at any time, including after partial wagering has occurred.
5.5 dora88 may modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Material changes to an active promotion affecting existing bonus holders will be communicated via the registered email address with reasonable notice where operationally practicable.
6.1 All bets placed on the dora88 platform are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player after confirmation, except where dora88 expressly offers a cash-out feature for the relevant market and that feature is currently active for the specific wager.
6.2 dora88 offers a broad range of sportsbook markets, including pre-match and in-play wagering on football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, Piala AFF, FIFA World Cup), badminton, basketball, volleyball, MotoGP, and esports. Market-specific rules for each sport are published in the Platform's Help section and form part of these Terms.
6.3 For football markets, the following standard rules apply unless stated otherwise on the specific market:
6.4 For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) games, results are determined by officially published draw outcomes from accredited lottery operators. dora88's togel results are published on the Platform within 30 minutes of each official draw.
6.5 For sabung ayam (live cockfighting) wagering, bets are settled based on the official match result declared by the arena operator. Meron / Wala outcomes are final once declared. Bets on matches declared a draw (BDD — Both Dead Draw) are refunded in full.
6.6 dora88 reserves the right to void any bet, in whole or in part, where there is evidence of a palpable error in published odds, where an event result is under official review, or where the integrity of the underlying event is in question.
6.7 Maximum payout limits apply per event and per player per day. Current payout caps are displayed on the relevant betting interface. dora88 reserves the right to settle winning bets above the published cap at the cap value rather than the full calculated return.
7.1 dora88 is committed to operating a secure and fraud-free platform. As part of this commitment, we are required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.
7.2 To complete KYC, you will be required to submit clear, legible copies of the following documents:
7.3 KYC documents must be submitted through the secure verification portal within the Platform's Account section. Documents submitted via unsecured email or third-party channels cannot be accepted.
7.4 dora88 aims to complete KYC review within two (2) business days of receiving a complete document set. You will be notified of the outcome via your registered email address. If documents are incomplete or unclear, you will be requested to resubmit within five (5) business days.
7.5 dora88 may conduct enhanced due diligence (EDD) checks at any time, including on existing verified accounts, where account activity triggers internal risk thresholds. You agree to cooperate fully with any such requests.
8.1 dora88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes the wellbeing of its players seriously. The following tools are available to all registered players at no cost through the Account settings panel:

8.3 dora88 operates a strict 21+ only policy. We conduct age verification checks as part of the KYC process and may conduct additional checks at any time. If we have reason to believe a minor has accessed the Platform, the Account will be suspended immediately, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
9.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dora88 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and, where applicable, civil or criminal referral:
Zero Tolerance Policy: dora88 maintains a zero-tolerance stance on fraud, collusion, and money laundering. Accounts found in breach of these prohibitions will be permanently closed without notice, and all funds held will be subject to permanent forfeiture. We cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in the investigation of financial crime.
10.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While dora88 makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical failures at all times.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dora88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of anticipated profits.
10.3 dora88's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the Real-Money Balance held in your Account at the time the liability arises.
10.4 dora88 shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, government action, telecommunications failure, cyberattacks, or acts of third-party payment providers.
10.5 Nothing in these Terms shall limit dora88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11.1 All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and game assets — is the property of dora88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit any Platform content; create derivative works based on Platform content; or reverse-engineer any software underlying the Platform.
11.3 The dora88 name, logo, and all associated brand marks are proprietary trademarks of dora88. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including in domain names, social media accounts, or promotional materials — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.
12.1 You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any Real-Money Balance remaining in your Account (after deduction of any applicable fees) will be returned to your verified payment method within five (5) business days, provided KYC verification has been completed. Bonus Funds are non-returnable upon voluntary closure.
12.2 dora88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time and for any reason, including — but not limited to — breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC, suspected fraudulent activity, or regulatory requirements. In the event of termination for cause, dora88 may withhold all or part of the Account Balance pending investigation.
12.3 Upon termination of your Account for any reason, all rights granted to you under these Terms — including your licence to use the Platform — shall immediately cease. Clauses that by their nature survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law) shall continue in full force and effect.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dora88 holds its international gaming licence. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that the courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, subject to the arbitration provision below.
13.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed arbitration body before either party may initiate formal court proceedings. The language of arbitration shall be English.
13.3 Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
14.1 dora88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the new terms take effect — except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
14.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and request Account closure.
